The Smothers Brothers, specifically Tom Smothers, were involved in the wine business through Remick Ridge Vineyards, a vineyard and winery in Sonoma Valley, California in the 70’s. While initially using the name "Smothers Brothers Wines", it was later changed to Remick Ridge to avoid association with comedic wine brands. The vineyard is a monopole for Arrowood Vineyards and Winery, and the wines produced there, particularly the Cabernet Sauvignon, are highly regarded. Now called the Love apple farms.
