This is a fully functional Wii U. The console does have surface scratches but nothing is broken. The game pad works perfectly. The speakers sound great and the screen shows perfect picture. Comes with the power chord for the console and power cord for the game pad. The game pad power cord does have some electric tape on it but it still works fine. Also comes with a sensor bar for using the original Wii remote. You will need a HDMI cable for it. This all was tested and works with no problems. It also has Mario Kart 8 already installed on it.
