Both the Troll-master AR-1021 Universal Downrigger Swivel Base and the Troll-master PR-1001 Universal Fixed Mounting Base are designed to fit the mounting pattern of all Penn Fathom-Master Manual or Electric downriggers. Troll-master's Swivel Base (AR-1021) even fits Cannon downriggers.

The PR-1001 Contains:

• 1 x 133 600 Penn type Fixed Base Plate.
• 1 x 193 600 Penn type Base Plate Nut to be used for locking down the downrigger.
• 4 x 209 620 Penn type Base Plate Mounting 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" Long Oval Slotted Head Screws (Bolts) to be used for mounting to AR-1021.

NOTES:

• Does not include bottom washers and nuts for the 209 620 mounting screws.
• Sold separately the HW-1001 contains 4-sets of 1/4-20 x 2-1/4" bolts, washers & nuts for most direct to gunnel mounting, below.
