rare cookie jar

This is a very rare very hard to find unusual vintage cookie jar. This cookie jar I've never seen before.it is a DHE dependable highway Express cookie jar. It is in very good condition it does have a small chip on the front edge as pictured a very tiny flea bite on the other side as pictured when you remove the top there is somewhere but when I run my hand across I feel very minor chips and very few some of them are just little marks not even a chip just like a black discoloration.
