Operating in the 900 MHz band, it keeps a solid connection up to 350 feet from the base, so you can step away to grab documents, consult a colleague, or refill your coffee without putting a caller on hold. The headset ships with over-the-ear, headband, and behind-the-head options, and because it weighs only 0.7 oz, it stays comfortable during long workdays.

Voice clarity is a priority. A boom microphone that blocks background noise works with enhanced digital signal processing to deliver audio that sounds clear and natural at both ends of the conversation. You can choose narrowband mode when extended talk time matters, or wideband mode when maximum audio detail is needed.

The system is designed for heavy phone use. A spare battery and a USB charging cable are included, so swapping batteries takes seconds and virtually removes downtime. When training or team collaboration is required, you can add up to three more CS500 XD Series headsets to the same call.
