This listing is for a VF condition Devolution Spray. On the official list of the top 25 rarest Pokémon cards of all time, this is #17. It is a first edition card and it is number 17 of the rarest Pokémon cards of all time - please see pics. It is worth $1,000 PSA mint! However, I do know quite a bit about greeting cards and comics and I can say right now that this card is about a PSA 4 or maybe a PSA 5 at the very best. So I will be charging according to the condition of the item, not just the rarity and PSA value.
