Pharmachem Antiseptic Dusting Powder is a very effective antiseptic and mild astringent, with fungicidal properties. It is suitable for infection prevention and healing of wounds following castration, speying and
dehorning.
Active Constituents:
Each kilogram contains Boric Acid 250g, Zinc Oxide 100g, Salicylic Acid 50g
Boric Acid has mild insecticidal and fly repellant properties. However, when used in excessive amounts on large wounds, boron toxicity may occur from absorption. Zinc Oxide acts as a skin protective, astringent, with antiseptic properties.
Salicylic Acid is a relatively insoluble desiccant (drying agent), antiseptic and also a fungicide.
Pharmachem Antiseptic Dusting Powder will prove its efficacy if used and stored as instructed on the label.
