17 1/2 " highly lustered shell pearls (not cultured) are 12 mm and uniform in size, and hand knotted. The highlight is the clasp....it is a high end carved genuine green in an oval shape and set in 14K gold. Clasp has a safety clasp also. The stamp on the gold confirms that it is 14 K gold. Necklalce can be worn with an elegant look with the jade clasp on the side, or bottom of the neckace. The value is mainly in the gold and jade clasp. It has never been worn, in excellent condition.
