Nitrogen Handle

T245N Nitrogen General Purpose Handle allows you to create an inert atmosphere, removing the oxygen, and hence minimizing oxidization during solder joint formation. The result is a higher soldering quality with improved wetting and slightly better productivity. It also allows using milder fluxes.

• It is supplied with two different nozzles, B7244 and B7968, wich transport the nitrogen to the tip and are suitable for the complete C245 Cartridge Range.
• This Soldering Iron requires using the DN-SE Stand, a Nitrogen Flow Regulator and its corresponding Control Unit (MN-A for DI or MNE-A for DDE or DME) & the GN-A Nitrogen Generator if no nitrogen supply available at customers bench.
• This general purpose soldering iron handle is perfect for both SMD components and jobs with high power requirements (e.g. ground plane soldering).
• T245-NA Works exclusively with C245 Cartridges.
• Uses DN-SE Stand.

Handle Requires

• DNS Stand
• MN / MNE Nitrogen Flow Regulator and its corresponding Control unit.
• GN Nitrogen Generator Module if nitrogen supply is not available at customers workbench.
