I got phone through my current carrier and when I got it I thought the frame was defective, I sent the pictures they agreed. It was so new even the tech thought the lines on the frames were cracks, it was brand new so they didn't know that that was part of the design! Lol They said just recycle it or whatever. I never signed into it I just turned it on to play with it and check it out there's no reason for me to have two phones. You want to use the carrier I got it from It has not been blacklisted it's the number still work everything's fine Beautiful phone! Box nail contents all included.
