Commemorating the first and second men into space. This set of Sterling Silver coins were minted in England and offered by the Danbury mint around 1970. Also includes two laminated descriptions of the first and second manned space flights and short bios on Alan Shepard and Virgil Grissom. Coins are still in original case which has no cracks but some light scratches. Coins have not been out of original setting.
