Kit. The T172 was built in 1961-67. A further development of the T170, it came with a 17 hp motor, two-speed gearbox, a new hydraulically operated boom constructed of sheet metal and dual tyres on the rear axle. The kit is intricately printed with light green paintwork to create a true-to-life model. Authentic scenes can be recreated with the steerable front axle, the 360° rotatable superstructure and the adjustable boom, which can be equipped with a hook, rake grapple or clamshell bucket. It can even be loaded onto a flat car, using the single tyres included on the drive axle. Detailed decoration: tow bar and warning stripes on the crane superstructure.
