Larry Rivers is one of the most original, exuberant and Irrepressible members of the New York School in his career he has now spanned four decades he generated a series are sharply memorable images from groundbreaking Washington crossing the Delaware, a Pre Pop Art revival, done tongue in cheek of popular American history to his current three dimensional painted constructions in Foam-Core Comments incisively on his personal life and public myths.
