The Chef’s Choice 300 comes with two different stages, the first one designed to sharpen the blade while the second concentrates on the edge of the knife. The great thing about this model is that it is equipped with a magnet that automatically holds the knife down the proper angle. Promising 100-percent of diamond abrasive, the sharpener is pretty small, measuring 7 by 4 ¼ by 3 ¾ inches. Warranty against defects lasts for a year. The only thing missing from this model is that it doesn’t accommodate serrated knives.
