Screen: Excellent condition. A screen protector has been applied since day one. The protector itself is cracked, but the actual display underneath is in great condition with no damage.
Back Glass: Small crack located at the bottom edge (see photos).
Camera: Protected with a camera lens cover. The cover is cracked, but the camera lenses underneath are unaffected and work perfectly (see photos).
Functionality: The phone is fully functional. It did power off once in the past, but after a reset it came back on and has been working normally since then with no recurring issues.
