How to Apply the FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus Sensor

1. Prepare the Site: Clean and dry the area of skin where you will apply the sensor. Choose a location on the back of your upper arm free from scars or irritation.

2. Open the Sensor Package: Carefully open and remove the sensor and applicator.

3. Apply the Sensor: Place the applicator on the cleaned skin and press down firmly to insert the sensor. The applicator will automatically apply the sensor with a single press.

4. Remove the Applicator: Gently remove the applicator from the skin, leaving the sensor in place.

5. Check the Sensor: Ensure the sensor is properly adhered to the skin. The sensor should be snug but not uncomfortable.

6. Activate the Sensor: Start the sensor using the FreeStyle Libre app or Libre 3 reader. Follow the instructions provided with your device to scan and activate the sensor.
