This is a Celine scrunchie.
I believe the retail price was 44,000 yen.
I bought it at a Celine authorized store in a local department store.
The metal parts are slightly scratched (see photos).
The elastic is quite stretched out.
You can still tie it if you wrap it around a lot, and you can wear it on your wrist.
