We built our Backcountry CrestCarver GORE-TEX Shell Jacket to bring high-powered performance to the resort without a gaudy price tag. The jacket is chock full of performance features, headlined by the 2-layer GORE-TEX ePE membrane that provides top-of-the-line waterproofing and breathability so we can comfortably surf through deep troughs of powder. We love that we can batten down the hatches on stormy days with the adjustable cuffs, hem, hood, and powder skirt while still maintaining breathability with angled underarm vents. We designed the jacket to be environmentally friendly, utilizing an eco-conscious, PFAS-free* membrane and recycled materials to keep our impact minimal.
