It has a Longines 15 Jewel movement from 1915
The case back is not marked Longines
It was common at the time, due to high import taxes on luxury watches, for the case to be made locally by jewelers. The jeweler may have had a contract with longines or it could be a custom piece.
The case back has a unique logo with the number 1174 .
The watch looks white gold on the outside and yellow gold on the inside. I acid tested both and it tested at 20k+. But the only marking on the inside is not clear looks like 22. The marking is pictured under magnification.
Unfortunately it will probably end up being melted down because of the uncertainty but
The bracelet is composed of a thin sheet of gold over steel. You can see the layers under magnification. Also pictured
