2015 MacBook Pro.
The left speaker distorts beyond low volume. It works loud enough to get the job done, if low volume is not minded. Otherwise the headphone jack sounds great. Or Bluetooth.
-quite a nice machine for its' age. it has the m370x R9 gpu, and the second cpu upgrade. 500gb SSD
4k video playback for awhile. And will make good work of anything below this resolution for casual video streaming use.
The machine shows signs of use. The keyboard feels great!
It can be upgraded to a later OS if chosen, but you'll have to search for how. There are good open source ways to do this and it isn’t too hard to do with patience.
Feel free to pop me a message. This was a good mid-tier machine once upon a time. It's still going. Briefly works with standalone battery use. Works great plugged in. It has Apples' upgraded power cable done in 2023, which extends the magsafe cable for longer reach.
You can install just about any operating system on this era of MacBook Pro as well. :0
